**The** **Opportunity**

The role of Category Scorecarding & Analytics Leader has the objective of supporting the LATAMs Category Leadership teams by creating, executing, and populating the information related to the Category Management Analytics area with standard reports and BI tools, with a future scope on not only a post mortem analytics but also developing predictive and forecasting analytics.

Being the Point of Contact between in market Category managers and Category Scorecarding & Analytics teams such as troubleshooting data or performance issues. Leading Category Scorecarding & Analytics agenda through guarantee the OLAs & SLAs stablished with the market.

As a Category Scorecarding & Analytics Leader, you will be required to work with the Category Management teams in the OUs and LATAM Category Development team, in gathering requirements, being able to document needs, and managing themselves with setting up appropriate activities. Expansion projects of new and upgraded analytics that can be replicated from HBS.

This role will initially be based in the Space Transformation Sub Tower (part of the Commercial Tower in MBS) and will evolve to an independent Sub Tower for Catman Analytics, to close the DX Services structure. Four DX Subtowers (Space Transformation/Planograms, Merchandising, Perfect Store & Catman Analytics) will report to a DX Services Leader -LG1 (position doesn’t exist jet but will be necessary once this last subtower is in place).

**Your Impact**

As Catman Reporting and Analytics your scope would consist of
- Lead the Category Scorecarding& Analytics for LATAM agenda through guarantee the OLAs & SLAs stablished with the market.
- Guarantee that the team is updating and delivering scorecards and reports as well as the extraction of key highlights.
- As reports are delivered, must preform quality checks, deliver finalized quantitative reports mainly to Catmans in markets.
- Collect & download data, validate, perform quality check, escalate issues if found. Responsible for all data collections and its governance.
- Support a request or issue and provide a solution either with existing reporting tools or by enhancing new functionalities.
- Provide responses to ad-hoc follow-ups when double-click (additional questions) required with tables/charts/stories using relevant data.
- Able to optimize process by leveraging best practices from HBS and other markets.
- Responsible of opening and maintaining the relationship with the HBS Catman Analytics tower.
- Establish process to identify, track, escalate, resolve, and report customer problems.
- Generate & guarantee right communication with stake holders for the local Catman Teams as well as LATAM Catman Leader.
- Lead communication with Business Partners and potentially end-users on matters such as available capacity, changes of scope of existing projects and planning of future projects.
- Maintain central repository or category insights and learnings
- Gather shopper and channel insights (e.g. channel / format specific attitudes and behavior, shopper trip mission & segmentation, etc.)
- Pull data for shelving / execution stories, Provide support for shelving and execution stories
- Gondola 2.0 Development: support & Execute analysis based on CatMan definitions & strategy to external advisory
- Catman Capability for Internal and External Advisory : Gather info, Data management & presentation, Opportunity analysis to execute with customers/KAMs
- Identify portfolio opportunities between the market and the retailer. Identify segments, flavors, and sizes in order to execute a winning portfolio for the retailer
