Team Overview:
Role Responsibilities:
- Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and system requirement is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Offboarding: Manage the offboarding process for employees leaving the organization, handling necessary paperwork and logistics.
- Transfers: Facilitate employee transfers between locations or entities, ensuring a seamless transition and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve the life cycle events processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations throughout the onboarding, offboarding, and transfer processes.
- HR Support: Provide expert advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HR systems and databases.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, and employee records.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on life cycle events metrics, providing insights and recommendations to HR and business stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with HR business partners, recruiters, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and execution of HR processes.
Role Qualifications:
- At least 3 years in HR experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
- Proven experience in managing onboarding, offboarding, and transfer processes, preferably in a service center environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations related to HR processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate meaningful reports and insights.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
