**What are we looking for?**

The Account Executive's primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business s to existing and net new customers.

As an Executive account, your ultimate goal will be to cultivate solid customer relationships

But above all, you must demonstrate firm persuasion and objection-handling skills while maintaining a professional and positive attitude to assist our clients better.

**The Challenge**

Sales Development is a rapidly growing division within the sales organization. The purpose of the department is to:

- Generate a qualified pipeline that progresses through the sales funnel, generating new closed revenue.
- To develop new quota-carrying Account Executives.

Due to hyper-growth, we’re constantly looking for hungry and driven individuals who are passionate about a career in corporate sales.
- Once the sales agreements are closed, the sales Account Executive will: _

Establish rapport with customers based on product/business knowledge, as well as trust and integrity.

Express is a fast-growing logistics services company and one of America's finest transportation and logistics providers. The company was started in 2017 and specialized in being a hotshot operator, managing tractor-trailers fleets, and providing logistics services to third-party owner-operators.

**ROLE**

We’re looking for a highly motivated, creative, and sales-oriented professional. In this role, you will be making phone calls, closing deals, and maintaining great client relationships. You should be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Courtesy and patience in customer relations are essential. But above all, you must demonstrate firm persuasion and objection-handling skills while maintaining a professional and positive attitude to better assist our clients.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assures the correct functioning of the work processes in the assigned accounts.
- Negotiates and closes sales agreements
- Follow-up periodically with new clients to ensure high satisfaction and permanence
- Drives growth and hits sales targets
- Identifying and evaluating growth opportunities
- Creating a sense of urgency and closing deals
- Keep records of calls, and sign-ups and note helpful information in our CRM system

**ATTRIBUTES**
- Background or interest in sales (min 2 years of relevant work experience)
- Organized with strong time management skills
- Good knowledge of relevant digital tools (e.g. CRM software)
- Possess excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Independent problem solver
- Strong personality
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Negotiation and prospecting skills
- Consultative selling techniques
- Outstanding communications and influencing skills
