Sales Development Representative (SDR)EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related customer-facing role (internships or entry-level experience also considered).

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage prospects and build rapport.
- Proficiency in CRM software: Experience using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms to manage leads and track interactions.
- Strong research skills: Ability to research companies, industries, and contacts to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Lead qualification expertise: Ability to qualify prospects based on company criteria and accurately assess their potential for the sales pipeline.
- Time management and organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented: Driven by targets and results, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Problem-solving abilities: Resourceful and proactive in overcoming objections and challenges during the sales process.
- Team player: Willingness to collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Familiarity with SaaS or B2B sales.
- Knowledge of sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and the sales cycle.

- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to pursue leads.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new products, services, and markets.
- Conversational level of English.
- Willingness to continuously improve through feedback and self-learning.
