**Sales Development Representative**
**Funciones**:
- **
Prospección y Gestión de Leads**:
- Implementar campañas de prospección en frío y calificación de leads utilizando plataformas de automatización y CRM.
- Realizar llamadas telefónicas a prospectos para identificar necesidades y oportunidades de negocio.
- Realizar visitas comerciales a clientes potenciales en la Ciudad de México para presentar soluciones y cerrar oportunidades de negocio.
- ** Gestión de Relaciones con Clientes**:
- Establecer y mantener relaciones de confianza con clientes potenciales y existentes.
- Proveer soporte técnico básico y asesoría sobre las soluciones tecnológicas ofrecidas, con un enfoque en SaaS y soluciones en la nube.
- Colaborar con el área de ventas para desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias efectivas de prospección y cierre de ventas.
- ** Orientación a Resultados**:
- Cumplir y superar los objetivos de ventas establecidos, asegurando un seguimiento continuo para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y fomentar la fidelización.
- Participar en la optimización de procesos comerciales y proponer mejoras para aumentar la eficiencia y efectividad en la gestión de leads.

Experiência**:1 a 3 años de experiência en ventas B2B, preferiblemente en el sector de TI o software.
- ** Escolaridad**:Carrera por terminar o terminada en áreas como Negocios Internacionales, Administración o Comercial.
- ** Conocimientos generales**:Uso de CRM y otras herramientas tecnológicas de prospección, como LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Google Ads, y RD Station
- I**dioma inglés nível intermedio-preferentemente**:
- Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles y capacidad para aprender rápidamente nuevas tecnologías (es un plus).
- Se valorarán positivamente certificaciones en ventas, SaaS, o metodologías ágiles (por ejemplo, AWS Partner, Google Suite, Metodologías Ágiles)
**Beneficios**:

Sueldo bruto mensual**:Sueldo base entre $18,000.y $25,000. más comisiones.
- ** Prestaciones**:De ley más vales de despensa/teletrabajo mensuales por $2,000.
- De lunes a viernes de 9:00 am a 6:00 pm
- ** Modalidad**: Home Office con disponibilidad para visitas a clientes de manera periódica.
