Sales Supervision Specialist

**Misión de la posición**:
Supervisar la estrategia de mercadeo, liderando la implementación de las estrategias de visibilidad de las categorías de productos en los anaqueles de los Punto de Venta a cargo, cerrando las negociaciones de espacios con los Jefes de Departamento, controlando el comportamiento de los inventarios de productos, así como el cascadeo de los planogramas, con la finalidad de cumplir con la estrategia de ejecución y exhibición del plan ciclo del producto de la marca en el Punto de Venta, ganando competitividad y asegurando el cumplimiento de Sell Out.
**Responsabilidades principales**:
- Preparar la visita estructurada al Punto de Venta, definiendo así una estrategia de negociación de visibilidad y desplazamiento de producto próximo a caducar en el punto de venta dirigida a los Jefes de Departamento en Punto de Venta y el establecer los pendientes a registrar en el teléfono a los Mercaderistas, con el objetivo de asegurar los objetivos de ejecución, exhibición, desplazamiento de productos y cumplimiento de pendientes en los Punto de Venta a cargo.
- Negociar en Punto de Venta exhibiciones, tácticas, esenciales, faltantes, pedidos, cuadraje, ajuste de inventario, colocación de material POP y Planogramas con el Jefe de Departamento y/o Gerente de Tienda, mediante la presentación del análisis del desplazamiento de los productos (inventario - venta, rentabilidad, # exhibiciones, sell out, inventario sin venta y agotamientos), así como ofrecer solución a las necesidades del cliente para atender requerimientos, con la finalizad de ganar visibilidad y espacios en el Punto de Venta y lograr el resultado en el Sell Out establecido por categoría.
- Asignar las actividades a realizar por los Mercaderistas los pendientes (precios actualizados, etiquetas en productos, banderas de promociones, limpieza de productos o anaqueles, ejecución de Big Rocks, Esenciales, Tácticas, acomodo de bodega, ajuste de inventarios, seguimiento a recibo y colocación de material POP), así como retroalimentar al Mercaderista en las actividades realizadas en el mercadeo, a fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de los 7 puntos de generación de la demanda en Punto de Venta y en las estrategias de visibilidad de cada categoría en el punto de venta.
