**Job Summary**

**Lead category development/growth by ensuring excellence in execution across the 5P’s with regular business updates to the Marketing Director, Local Management, Division & Global.**

**Responsible for building strategic brand growth plans for the following 3 years by identifying the biggest/new segments opportunities and developing plans to achieve/surpass short & mid-term objectives.**

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**
- ** Build brand innovation & communication plans for the next 3 years.**
- ** Lead innovation pipeline and crossfunctional collaboration.**
- ** Full ownership and management of innovation projects and IMC development.**
- ** Embrace digital transformation**
- ** Develop talent**

**Basic requirements**:

- ** Bachelor degree Business Administration, Industrial Engineers, Marketing**
- ** 8-10 years of experience in marketing or similar experience in the commercial area.**
- ** Experience as Senior Brand Manager or similar positions 12 - 24 months or already Sr Group Brand Manager experience.**
- ** English - Advanced**
- ** Google Tools advanced management**
- ** Nielsen Advisor desirable**

**Travel Requirements**

**Expected percentage of travel: Up to 10%**
