Estamos en busca de un Customer Service para nuestro departamento de Aduanas en nuestra oficina corporativa en Cd. de México.
** Tu función**: Dar seguimiento en tiempo y forma a los requerimientos específicos del cliente, asegurando su total satisfacción; así como apoyar a las áreas operativas en la solución de problemas que se presentan durante la operación de despacho aduanal.
** Tus responsabilidades**: 1. Cumplir con las actividades acordadas con el cliente (envío de reportes, control y seguimiento a rectificaciones e incidencias).
2. Llevar acabo la integración y envío de los expedientes de comercio exterior que se generan por la operación diaria
3. Participar y cumplir en la implementación de los proyectos de innovación asignados a su área
4. Reevisar el tracker de operaciones / minutas de las reuniones dando seguimiento a las actividades que de ella se generen
5. Asistir a las áreas operativas de la empresa en la solución de problemas que se presenten en el despacho aduanal y/o con el agente aduanal
6. Mantener constante comunicación con el cliente para asegurar que están cubiertas todos sus requerimientos
7. Participar en los cursos de capacitación y actualización impartidos por la empresa

** Tus habilidades y experencias**:
Licenciatura/Ingeniería en Transporte, Comercio Exterior o a fin
Experiência mínima de 2 años en un puesto similar
Inglés Intermedio
