Buscamos al responsable de implementar, monitorear y optimizar campañas en paid media, a fin de aumentar la visibilidad de la marca y conseguir leads/generación demanda para la conversión de clientes nuevos bajo la estrategia Growth Marketing.

Experiência de 4 años trabajando en medios digitales/performance.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Generar y gestionar estrategias-actividades que ayuden a la generación de demanda
- Conversión de leads a clientes nuevos
- Realizar investigaciones de mercado digitales para identificar a los clientes potenciales y analizar a la competencia.
- Crear la planificación de campañas y la estrategia digital de lead generation (SEM)
- Comprender el recorrido del cliente para ayudar a crear y ejecutar tácticas que estén alineadas con cada etapa del recorrido del comprador, con miras a deleitar a los clientes y crear experiências de cliente fluidas y sin fricciones que atraigan, fomenten y califiquen de manera efectiva nuevos clientes potenciales y aceleren las oportunidades de Ventas.
- Implementación de campañas (paid media) en medios digitales: Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter & TikTok Ads.
- Gestionar e informar con precisión el presupuesto de marketing asignado para las campañas y programas de generación de leads.
- Planificar optimización y oportunidades de crecimiento mediante pruebas A/B y multivariadas para mejorar el rendimiento de las campañas.
- Recopilar y analizar datos sobre la demografía, las preferencias y las necesidades de los clientes para identificar mercados potenciales.
- Generar informes sobre el rendimiento de la campaña (Paid Media)
- Manejo de herramientas de IA para buscar la conversión de SQL’s a CN.
- Manejo de Marketing Automation como CRM (Hubspot) para conversión de CN
- Manejo de y control de inversión en medios.
- Manejo de Keywords para implementación de ads.

Educación

Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Comunicación, Publicidad.

Conocimientos y certificaciones:

- Contar con certificaciones vigentes en plataformas digitales (Plus)

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: $19,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mes
