**Technical Project Management**

**Main Purpose**

**Responsibilities**:
**Accountabilities** / Responsibilities**
- Project PMO Support Kick-Off & Overall Direction
- Scope & Change Control
- Project Governance & Meetings - Establish Ways Of Working (WOW) for the project team
- Follow-up with open actions and ensure action items are completed on time.
- Ensure to drive discussions, ask impartial questions, and anticipate and highlight potential impacts
- Build and maintain project plans and timelines throughout project lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Decision Making
- Understand the R&D organization, set of cross functional stakeholders, associated roles and responsibilities and ways of working
- Risks, Issue & Dependency Management
- Reporting & Tracking

Qualifications:
**Qualifications / Requirements**
- Ability to interpret technical information, escalate issues and seek alignment towards workable solutions
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in project management
- Ability to manage time effectively across multiple priorities and projects requiring a high degree of organizational and communication skills to ensure requests are delivered in a timely manner
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Chemical Engineering
