Key Player in Sales and Marketing Strategy

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Player in Sales and Marketing Strategy for our Guadalajara operations. This role will report directly to the Global Marketing Director and be responsible for managing and supporting various sales and marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event participation at conferences and trade shows, including attendance if required.
- Project manage the development of collateral and messaging material.
- Support the sales and marketing team on strategic and tactical projects.
- Conduct marketing research.
- Analyze marketing reporting metrics across all marketing channels and systems.
- Organize changes and updates to the marketing digital library.
- Plan, draft, and schedule social media posts.
- Create and monitor paid social media posts and audiences.
- Develop a systematic approach to track, monitor, and report competitor marketing activity.
- Perform various marketing administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or Information Systems; Level 6 award, certificate, or diploma; or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience working with marketing information systems.
- Fully bilingual in English/Spanish.

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is $25,000 - $27,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. Relocation to Guadalajara, Jal. is required.
