We are seeking a highly organized Sales Operations and Support Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring the sales process runs smoothly. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer experience.
About the Role
The Sales Operations Specialist will provide high-level support to internal sales teams and external partners. They will ensure strong relationships are maintained and revenue is generated for F5.
This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who is highly organized, loves details, and wants to exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the Sales Operations Specialist include:
- Order processing and issue resolution
- Liaising between Field Sales, Inside/Digital Sales, Channel Sales, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance and Accounting, and other internal teams
- Executing assigned projects or programs
- Providing communication and education on current processes and best practices
- Answering pre- and post-sales questions from F5 sales teams and external partners
- Researching inquiries utilizing various systems and tools
- Intaking and coordinating high-priority customer requests
- Ensuring the integrity of Salesforce data
- Identifying process improvements to support business operations
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Detailed orientation with a proven ability to multi-task
- Effective communication, both in written and verbal form, to interact with cross-functional teams and departments
- The ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- The ability to work cross-functionally to find solutions and drive projects to completion
- A self-starting attitude and effective time management
- A passion for customer experience and exceeding expectations
- Understanding or knowledge of sales processes, order administration processes, etc.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of Sales Support experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Salesforce experience, preferred but not required
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year
