We are seeking a highly organized Sales Operations and Support Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring the sales process runs smoothly. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer experience.

About the Role

The Sales Operations Specialist will provide high-level support to internal sales teams and external partners. They will ensure strong relationships are maintained and revenue is generated for F5.

This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who is highly organized, loves details, and wants to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the Sales Operations Specialist include:

  • Order processing and issue resolution
  • Liaising between Field Sales, Inside/Digital Sales, Channel Sales, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance and Accounting, and other internal teams
  • Executing assigned projects or programs
  • Providing communication and education on current processes and best practices
  • Answering pre- and post-sales questions from F5 sales teams and external partners
  • Researching inquiries utilizing various systems and tools
  • Intaking and coordinating high-priority customer requests
  • Ensuring the integrity of Salesforce data
  • Identifying process improvements to support business operations
  • Performing other related duties as assigned

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Detailed orientation with a proven ability to multi-task
  • Effective communication, both in written and verbal form, to interact with cross-functional teams and departments
  • The ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • The ability to work cross-functionally to find solutions and drive projects to completion
  • A self-starting attitude and effective time management
  • A passion for customer experience and exceeding expectations
  • Understanding or knowledge of sales processes, order administration processes, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of Sales Support experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Salesforce experience, preferred but not required

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year
