**Required Qualifications**:

- **
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field**:

- ** At least 3 years of related recruiting experience.**:

- ** English advanced proficiency**:

- ** Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.**:

- ** Experience in engaging and managing hiring managers**

**Desired Qualifications**:

- **Desired experience recruiting for North America and/ or knowledge of US talent market and stakeholder management in the North America region.**:

- **Previous experience in a search firm / agency.**
