Remote Repairs Coordinator

We are looking for a trustworthy repairs coordinator to take charge of all incoming maintenance requests. To be successful, you should demonstrate excellent organizational skills and be able to think on your feet.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage work order flow from creation to completion
- Manage software as required to support work order flow
- Assist Tenants in troubleshooting common maintenance items such as stuck garbage disposal or tripped electrical/GFCI breakers
- Researching maintenance history of properties to best address maintenance issues, identify prior work completed,
- check if warranty is in place for work or appliances.
- Assign work order to best fit vendor
- Secure and approve work estimates as required
- Verify invoice accuracy and submit to accounting for payment and closing out of work order
- Collaborates with team members for updates and workflow transition handoffs
- Regularly communicate with Property owners and Tenants regarding the Work Orders
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in similar positions
- Great troubleshooting experience: understands how to walk customers through an issue to truly understand the problem
- 1+ Years using Appfolio Management Software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail.
- Repair work experience preferred.
**Additional Information**
- Employment Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday.
- Languages: English, Spanish
- Salary: 8-10 USD per hour
