Proporcionar información técnica de los productos de TE Connectivity a través de chats, llamadas o correos, con la finalidad de proveer al cliente soluciones y orientarlos a hacer negocios y comprar nuestros productos. El objetivo es encontrar nuevos clientes y realizar seguimiento de proyectos con los clientes existentes que compran a través de Distribución en América.

**3. RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Soporte técnico a través de chats y llamadas
- Conseguir nuevos clientes para generar ganancias a la empresa
- Administrar una cartera de cuentas existentes y dar seguimiento a sus proyectos
- Seguimiento de casos en plataforma Salesforce
- Comunicarse proactivamente con los clientes
- Creación de nuevas Oportunidades de negocios
- Estar en constante contacto con equipos de Management para verificar condiciones y estatus de pedidos

Salario: $7,145.52 - $29,292.31 al mes

- Turno de 8 horas
