Medical Ventilation Sales Manager LATAM_**

**Position Summary**

Develop and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to ensure reaching the sales and profit objectives in order in México and LATAM and create strong brand positioning, support our commercial team and establish a solid direct and indirect distribution network in the region for Medical Ventilators

Main Accountabilities
- Direct sales and through distributors
- Design and implementation of commercial strategy Increase market share
- Follow up competitors and execute actions to the competitive intensity
- Effectively lead the sales team, and ensure profit according to company policies
- Schedule and execute follow up visits to each state of the country
- Follow up with Regional managers,KAM´s and product specialist on their field visits and current opportunities
- Support distributions network
- Report quarterly sales progress
- Keep the profit require for the company

Required qualifications
- Respiratory therapists, Biomedical engineer or retaled Certificated
- Solid experienced commercialization medical ventilators
- High spoken and written English level
- Experience in medical Ventilators sales divisions
