**Requisitos**
Lic. en Marketing Digital, Comunicación y Medios, Administración, o afín (título).
Mínimo 3 años de experiência en puesto similar.
Inglés intermedio/avanzado
**Experiência**
- Relacionamiento con cliente en la industria B2B, visión 360 de la compañía y conocimiento de arquitectura empresarial, con enfoque a detalles.
- Manejo de procesos y conocimiento de auditorías y certificaciones.
- Conocimiento y práctica de comunicación corporativa, cultura organizacional.
- Se requiere experiência en Customer Experience, NO en "Service".
**Principales funciones**
- Recibir y gestionar las no conformidades (o quejas) de las y los clientes con el fin de darles respuesta, identificar las causas, analizarlas, documentar los incidentes y detectar necesidades de mejora de los productos y soluciones.
- Canalizar a las diferentes áreas cada una de las áreas de oportunidad descubiertas para su solución inmediata y planes de corrección a largo plazo.
- Apoyar al área comercial a identificar las oportunidades de cross selling y upselling dentro del plan de visitas a la clientela.
- Medir, documentar y monitorear los níveles de satisfacción y lealtad de la clientela para brindar ese número crítico a la compañía y poder tomar decisiones más acertadas.
- Proponer y desarrollar KPIs de impacto para las y los clientes en cada una de las diferentes áreas para poder medir el desempeño que pueda afectar a las relaciones comerciales.
- Definir y vigilar los estándares de servicio mínimos dentro de cada uno de los puestos de trabajo con el fin de cumplir con un lineamiento básico de cultura de servicio dentro de la compañía.
