**MEDICAL SERVICE - DOCTOR**

The purpose of Medical Service Doctor position is promoting the good health and physical integrity of the organization's workers, with a focus on accident prevention and under an atmosphere of cordiality and respect; contribute to the reduction of absenteeism through Preventive Medicine campaigns, attention to illnesses and incidents.

Always promote the culture of Safety, Health, and Environment, as well as promote awareness of the workers of the organization. Contribute to the implementation of the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 system in the company.

Ensure that the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 system in the manufacturing and administrative processes are documented so that the systems are implemented effectively and consistently and to guarantee the Health and Safety of the employees, as well as to avoid contamination to the Environment and to maintain a safe and risk-free work environment.

**Key responsibilities (to name a few)**:

- Promote awareness in the organization, as well as the company's safety policy and objectives.
- Participate in the follow-up of internal and external audit processes and governmental inspections.
- Follow up on safety, health, and environmental metrics.
- Participation in the creation, implementation and improvement of area documents, procedures, among others.
- Participation and follow up of health, safety, and environmental programs.
- Participate in the compliance of training programs.
- Listen and follow up on ideas for improvement or comments on safety, health, and environmental issues from workers and third parties.
- Participate in the HSE system.
- Coordinate and lead the first aid brigade.
- Coordinate and lead the health and safety committee.

**PAY & BENEFITS (to name a few)**
- Saving Incentive: 13% of the base salary paid in monthly basis.
- Profit Sharing - According with local laws and Gates policy.
- Meal Allowance $3,346.00 MXP per month
- Medical and Life Insurance Coverage - According with the current Gates de México Policy.
- Social Security (IMSS) - 100% covered by Gates.
- Vacation and Holidays -Under the provisions of Gates Personnel Policies for the Gates de México.
- Gates Pension Plan - Contribution defined Gates Pension Plan Fund according to the current policy. (Optional)
- Saving Found According with ODESSA - Gates Policies (Optional)
- Canteen Service - According with the Plant agreement.
- Christmas Bonus: 30 days of salary
