Reporting to the Costumer Support Manager, you as a Customer Service Representative will be responsible for Maintains and increases customer loyalty by supporting customers from ordering through to delivery. Works with customers to overcome barriers to provide best in class customer support.

About the job:
- Provide order fulfillment.- Accurate and timely entry of customer purchase orders - approx 16/day- Accurate and timely entry of customer return requests - approx 4/day- Accurate and timely entry of customer sample requests - approx 3/day- Accurate and timely response to customer expedite inquiries.- Responsible for daily investigation and corrective actions of billing and delivery holds on orders and implement correction actions.- Practice and adhere to Lean Enterprise concepts.- Provide professional and accurate information to customer phone inquiries. To log on the phone queue during work hours.- Provide assistance to credit analyst, planning team, sales engineers with requests.- Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.

About you:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.- 2-3 years of customer service in a manufacturing industry.- Team Player great personality, excellent phone / communication skills both written and oral.- Results oriented, good problem solving skills.- Good organizational and proactive skills.- A “Self Starter”- thinker, doer - a person that initiates work.- Must be proficient in Word and Excel.- Fluent and advanced English skills both written and spoken.- Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.- SAP experience a plus.
