Order Entry

Process client requirements in Oracle and interact with the customer service team to fulfill such requirements
Main activities- Process all Customer orders, changes and reschedules into Oracle, received from the customer.- Follow up of customer portals requirements.- Interact with CSR for order discrepancy resolution.- Validate for accuracy all data entry for 100% quality.- Attend the daily Order Entry reports in order to achieve the goal metrics.- Other responsibilities or projects as assigned by the Order Entry Supervisor.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor degree preferred: Administration or related, industrial engineering or equivalent 1 - 2 year job related experience
Language: Fluent english, 70%-80%
Specific knowledge: Excel, Oracle as a plus
Flexibility to support new tasks, customer service oriented, analytical, organized, good communication skills.
