**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en administración, psicología o afin
- Ingles 80% (oral y escrito)
- Conocimiento de desarrollo de material para capacitación, dinámicas, actividades recreativas, procedimientos, manejo de sistemas, etc
- Paquetería office
- Habilidades orales y escritas
- Buena presentación
**Actividades**:
- Apoyar y mejorar la experiência de incorporación para todos los miembros de soporte de Consumer Deposit.
- Apoyo en el desarrollo e implementación de experiências de aprendizaje y desarrollo.
- Analizar los resultados de los programas de capacitación para mejorar la retención, la competencia y la confianza de los nuevos empleados.
- Apoyo en la creación y entrega de materiales de comunicación para lanzamientos de nuevos productos y/o actualizaciones de flujos de trabajo.
- Apoyo en el desarrollo de un plan de estudios de capacitación diseñado para impulsar el conocimiento de la marca, el conocimiento del producto y las iniciativas de venta cruzada.
- Apoyo con el desarrollo y mantenimiento de la base de conocimiento interna, para garantizar que el personal de primera línea pueda acceder fácilmente a todos los materiales de apoyo, pautas y documentación de flujo de trabajo actuales.
- Asociarse con el gerente del centro de llamadas para facilitar o desarrollar capacitaciones de incorporación y actualización
