Our mission is to help our customers take control of their energy costs by switching to cheaper, cleaner renewable power with solar energy with no upfront cost and immediate savings and we need your help to do so We are currently hiring a **Talent Acquisition Coordinator**. We are always looking for passionate, energetic, and customer-focused team members to join our mission of providing homeowners the best experience possible on their home improvement projects.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Coordinate and assist with the recruitment process for various departments within the company.
- Schedule and conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews.
- Coordinate background checks and reference checks.
- Keep accurate records of all recruitment activities and maintain applicant tracking system.
- Continuously improve knowledge of industry developments and advancements in recruitment best practices. - Collaborate with other team members and departments.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

**Salary**: $13,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month
