As a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER, you will be responsible for developing and performing effective sales strategies that drive financial growth, build strong customer relationships and differentiate us from our competitors.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, communicate and implement the vision and strategic direction to deliver sales and profit growth.
- Improve business strategies to ensure participation and profitable growth of the businesses.
- Be responsible for the implementation of the value selling process with strategic customers.
- Design commercial strategies that make a difference in the market.
- Coordinate new product launches in customer lines.
- Ensure profitability of commercial accounts.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of the powder coatings, liquid paints and pretreatment market and its technologies is desirable.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of field sales experience (coatings sales desirable).
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advance (Proficient) English.
- Availability to travel and to be in the field 80% of the time.
