**Compañía líder en la industria hotelera con sede en Miami, que desarrolla un software inmersivo para la gestión de espacios y eventos en hoteles y centros de convenciones, ofrecemos tres soluciones en una: por un lado un software de gestión de espacios para eventos donde los hoteles pueden manejar todo su inventario y tarifas (entre otras muchas funcionalidades); por otro, un booking engine para la reserva de eventos en tiempo real, y por último, un simulador de recorridos en 3D para eventos que combina la producción de contenido 3D, RV y 360o para hoteles y espacios de eventos privados.**

¿Cuál será tu día a día?

Buscamos a una persona que lidere y quiera desarrollar sus habilidades en las siguientes responsabilidades:
**Customer Success**
- Actuar como el principal punto de contacto para los clientes, abordando sus necesidades y preocupaciones de manera proactiva.
- Gestionar y fortalecer las relaciones con los clientes actuales en el mercado LATAM.
- Identificar oportunidades de venta cruzada y up-selling dentro de las cuentas existentes.
- Realizar presentaciones de producto y formación a clientes para asegurar el uso óptimo de nuestras herramientas.
- Monitorear y analizar métricas clave de rendimiento para identificar áreas de mejora y oportunidades de crecimiento.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de cuenta personalizados para cada cliente, alineados con sus objetivos y necesidades.
- Recoger y transmitir feedback de los clientes a los equipos internos para mejorar continuamente nuestros productos y servicios.
- Mantener un alto nível de satisfacción del cliente, resolviendo problemas y proporcionando soluciones efectivas.

- Conocimiento de inglés.
