El puesto de Key Account Manager de Restaurants Experience implica la gestión de cuentas clave del portafolio y la maximización de los Kpis en esas cuentas para aumentar la rentabilidad de nuestros aliados.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
Gestión de Cuentas Clave: El KAM es responsable de identificar, desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes más importantes de la empresa. Esto implica comprender profundamente las necesidades y los objetivos de estos clientes y garantizar que la empresa esté satisfaciendo sus requerimientos de manera efectiva.

Planificación Estratégica: El KAM trabaja en estrecha colaboración con otras áreas de la empresa, como ventas, marketing y operaciones, para desarrollar planes estratégicos para cada cuenta clave. Estos planes deben alinear los objetivos del cliente con los de la empresa y establecer estrategias para maximizar el valor mutuo.

Negociación y Ventas: El KAM lidera el proceso de negociación con las cuentas clave, asegurándose de que se cumplan los objetivos de la empresa al mismo tiempo que se satisfacen las necesidades del cliente. Esto implica habilidades sólidas de negociación y ventas, así como la capacidad de identificar oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de las cuentas existentes.

Resolución de Problemas: El KAM actúa como punto de contacto principal para resolver cualquier problema o conflicto que pueda surgir con las cuentas clave. Esto requiere habilidades sólidas de resolución de problemas, así como la capacidad de trabajar de manera colaborativa con diferentes equipos internos para encontrar soluciones.

Análisis y Seguimiento: El KAM realiza un seguimiento continuo del rendimiento de las cuentas clave, analizando datos y métricas relevantes para evaluar el éxito de las estrategias implementadas. Esto implica la capacidad de interpretar datos y extraer insights significativos para mejorar el rendimiento.

Desarrollo de Relaciones a Largo Plazo: El objetivo final del KAM es desarrollar relaciones a largo plazo con las cuentas clave, convirtiéndose en un socio estratégico para el cliente y asegurando la retención a largo plazo y el crecimiento del negocio.

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?- Licenciatura completa en carreras economicas ó admistrativas- Mínimo de 2 años de experiência en ventas y/o gestión de cuentas clave, con un enfoque en clientes.- Experiência en la industria de delivery y/o tecnología- Identificar y administrar cuentas clave de un portafolio- Gestionar las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente y la retención de la cuenta.- Analizar y reportar sobre el rendimiento de las cuentas clave, identificando áreas de mejora y oportunidades para el crecimiento.- Establecer y cumplir con objetivos y métricas de ventas y rentabilidad.- Conocimientos avanzados en ventas y negociación.- Conocimientos avanzados en el manejo de herramientas y manejo de datos.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
