Customer Service Lead

As a customer service lead, you will be responsible to provide a status of customer orders on timely manner to achieve OTS and TAT company goals. Identify and assess capacity constraints to anticipate bottle necks by providing insightful data analysis and recommendations to sales team, update and share relevant information to stakeholders focus on improving customer service levels.
What you will do:
- Effectively communication with the external stakeholders on customer orders status
- Responsible to meet the KPI for planning such OTS & TAT metrics
- Maintain excellent communication and working relationship with all departments within the company to ensure transparency on priorities and or sales team & Customer care requirements
- Provide clear commitment dates to customers when required
- Escalate any challenge to commit customer expectations and provide recommendations
- Responsible to identify and provide status for any past due order
- Communicate in advance any challenge to meet customer need dates
- Follow up to critical orders and prioritize requested by stakeholder
- Follow up material shortages to fulfill customer orders

- Being able to work as a team and be organized to follow up on customer needs in a timely and efficient manner.
Experience & Skills
- Fluent English speaker
- College degree or equivalent experience
- 1-5 years Customer service, production control or Planning areas experience
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and Excel required
- Previous manufacturing industry experience with strong working knowledge of ERP required
- Strong leadership, motivational, and team building skills required
- Ability to quickly analyze and solve complex problems required
