Job Description
Ensure and promote sales by segmenting markets through Sales Representatives, with the goal of establishing leadership in the market through increasing and profitable penetration in sales of HYTORC brand torque/tension tools. Fulfilling customer needs and expectations.

**Responsibilities**:
Quantify the target market.
Identify and evaluate new markets (business opportunities).
Coordinate and supervise Sales Representatives (report submissions).
Plan and schedule equipment/service sales according to sales forecasts, geographic areas, equipment, customer types, etc.
Conduct workshops on new technologies for specific markets/customers.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
**Knowledge in**:
Strategic Sales Planning
Sales in the Oil, Mining, Hydroelectric, and Thermoelectric Industries
Technical-economic bidding, Administration
Sales experience in Latin America
Proficiency in English and Portuguese
**Minimum Experience**:
2 years in a similar position
Willingness to travel
Must be fully proficient in English, Espanhol and Portuguese
Excellent skills in Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
