Growth Partner Manager

**About the Role**
The Uber Ads team is seeking a strategic Growth Partner Manager to support our rapidly expanding business unit. In this role, you will drive the adoption of a growing suite of advertising solutions across our Mobility and Delivery platforms, while retaining and growing revenue for an expanding portfolio. You will work closely with Client Partners, Analytics, Operations, Creative, and other cross-functional teams to consistently meet and exceed the needs of our advertisers.
**What You'll Do**
- Partner with our sales teams to develop and manage advertising strategies that deliver on partner needs and exceed quarterly growth targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key marketing decision-makers within partner organizations.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' marketing goals and challenges, proactively recommending solutions to support them.
- Participate in internal kickoff calls to understand campaign specifics and discuss complex executions.
- Proactively monitor campaign performance to identify, communicate, and resolve issues.
- Coordinate the launch, management, and reporting of campaigns while keeping all stakeholders informed with timely updates and clear expectations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance performance and increase investment by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to our partners.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to develop methodologies that highlight trends and provide meaningful insights to partners.
- Act as the voice of the customer, effectively communicating product limitations and feedback to relevant internal teams.
- Drive initiatives by helping to create best practice playbooks across the Ads team to promote adoption among our restaurant partners at scale. This requires flexibility and a willingness to support your teammates as needed.
- Collaborate effectively across internal teams, including Sales, Product, Ad Operations, and Insights & Measurement.
**What You'll Need**
- 3+ years of full-time experience.
- Experience in digital advertising, account management, and/or sales.
- A proactive, resourceful, and go-getter attitude; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity.
- SQL and other data skills are a plus.
- Experience managing large-scale advertising campaigns and partnering with large, complex enterprise brands.
- Experience building relationships with key marketing decision-makers, brand digital advertising managers, and agency partners.
- Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation, forecasting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
