Responsable del diseño e implementación de herramientas de planificación comercial, análisis e informes que proporcionan el marco estratégico para la ejecución de ventas y la presentación de informes comerciales, así como la efectividad y productividad de la fuerza de ventas.
Funciones y responsabilidades
Análisis de Datos
Asegurar la integridad de la información de ventas entre los diferentes sistemas y ejecutar análisis ad hoc que respalden iniciativas clave de ventas, Alineación territorial, Análisis de ventas, Rendimiento y distribución de cuotas.
Liderar los equipos interfuncionales (finanzas, marketing, ventas) para proporcionar información que respalde el desarrollo de recomendaciones de pronósticos para la planificación comercial y actualizaciones financieras.
Interactuar con TI para garantizar que todos los sistemas de análisis se actualicen para satisfacer las necesidades de la compañía.
Interactuar con los líderes comerciales para crear y entregar métricas clave que brinden información objetiva para ejecutar planes estratégicos (ejemplo: Informe diario de ventas, informes mensuales de ventas por segmentos y territorios, informes de venta, Reembolsos y bonificaciones, etc.).
Preparar y mantener los datos de segmentación de mercado.
Administración de Precios
Proporcionar a los equipos de marketing análisis, tendencias, ideas sobre carteras. Análisis de indicadores sobre tendencias de descuento, volumen de precios, descuentos, etc.
Liderar el proceso de administración de precios, mejora continua en los procesos para aprovechar al máximo la eficiencia y garantizar una respuesta oportuna a las condiciones del mercado.
Proporcionar información para fortalecer el desarrollo e implementación de estrategias y políticas de precios para la empresa, identificar tendencias emergentes y áreas de oportunidad y riesgo.
Enlace con el departamento de TI y precios regionales para desarrollar herramientas para optimizar y estandarizar procesos analíticos y transaccionales.
Responsable de comunicar los problemas relacionados con las actividades comerciales o las oportunidades para el siguiente nível de gestión.
Responsable de desarrollar métricas y herramientas para la creación, control, aprobación, archivo y monitoreo de contratos comerciales.
Incentivos
Responsable del cálculo y mantenimiento de las herramientas de incentivo para la fuerza de ventas de LATAM.
Informar a HR los incentivos variables por persona.
Responsable de informar a Contraloría las provisiones a hacer por pago de incentivos.
Realiza otras obligaciones asignadas según sea necesario.
Escalar temas altamente complejos y conflictivos, asegurando la equidad y las decisiones de cumplimiento.
Educación, experiência, habilidades
**Título de grado/Licenciatura**: preferentemente en Negocios, Mercadotecnia, Finanzas, Estadística, Matemáticas y/o Tecnologías de la información
+ 3 años de experiência en reportes y análisis de información para alta gerencia
+ 3 años de experiência en el manejo de incentivos
+ 2 años de experiência en SAP SD
+ 2 años de experiência en PowerBI
Habilidad para integrar y administrar información procedente de varias fuentes de datos
Experimentado en trabajar grandes cantidades de datos
Conocimientos de Excel avanzado, PowerPoint y manejo de datos
Gestión de diversos proyectos simultáneos
Profundo conocimiento y experiência en creación de dashboards en Incorta, u otras herramientas de visualización, (tableau, SAS, Power BI, etc.)
Resolución creativa de problemas
Excelentes habilidades de presentación verbal y escrita tanto en inglés como español. Portugués deseable.
