**We are looking for **Administrative Assistant with at least 2 years’ experience to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our Sales Director, assisting in daily office needs and managing our Mexico City Office’s general administrative activities. You will be provided with comprehensive on-the-job training.

**Job Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience as administrative assistant. Preferred industries IT Consulting, sales.
- Intermediate - Advanced English (written/spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Administration, or related field
- Must be able to work in the Mexico City Office (this is an Onsite Position)

**Skills**
- Fast paced / Professionalism/ Organization / Time management / Adaptability
- Desirable previous international administrative experience (US)
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be very organized and have great attention to detail

**Day to day basics of the Role**:

- Support the Sales Director in daily administrative tasks, requests, and queries
- Organizing daily assignments and have all set and up to day.
- Uploading / Downloading documents
- Built up and sent excel reports
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

**We Offer**:

- Full-time employment / Permanent contract / Excellent Base Salary
- Offered salary is Gross. You do your own taxes (no benefits by law)
- Immediate hire

**Working Hours**: 7:00 am-4pm CST / 8 am-5 pm EST
