Newair Compact Appliances a digitally native appliance manufacturer located in Cypress, CA is searching for a **Product** **Manager** for **New Product Commercialization** who will be responsible for establishing and driving all objectives across multiple functions and departments (NPD, Ops, Sales, Marketing) to ensure an effective launch of our new products throughout the US and Canada. Overall, this position will oversee a new product from concept to market maturity by way of strong project management and communication.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Define and execute the product roadmap and strategy that aligns with company’s goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovations.
- Coordination of new product development and timelines to hit on-time deliverables.
- Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining the product's short-term and long-term goals and milestones.
- Define product requirements, features, ROI goals and user stories
- Develops tools and resources for multiple sources to track new products/projects and their status.
- Coordinates and communicates across multiple functional team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Facilitates reports and updates to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Analyzes business situations, creates processes, and demonstrates problem solving and analytical thinking skills for the success of the project
- Other related duties or ad-hoc project support as assigned.

**Position Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree, applicable training certification, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in product management, NPD, or project management fields.
- Must be organized, able to multitask and manage competing priorities while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to prioritize/multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to shift priorities based on Company needs.
- Self-motivated and able to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions, take ownership/accountability, and operate with mínimal supervision.
- Integrity, professionalism, and discretion
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
