We seek a creative and analytical Data Entry Level Administrative Assistant to fuel our growth.

**Work Schedule **(Pacific Time)
- **Monday - OFF**:
- Tuesday - 2-7pm
- Wednesday - 2-7pm
- Thursday - 2-7pm
- **Friday - OFF**:
- Saturday - 12-6pm
- Sunday - 12-6pm
**Responsibilities**
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners
- Inputting leads from the Wix Dashboard into the CRM
- Submitting projects to Wix
- Adding Client's questionnaires to the CRM and creating Paid ads leads and Graphic design leads based on the answers in the questionnaires
- Adding client's to Synup to have their directories created
- Type in data provided directly from customers
- Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Update existing data
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
- Collaborate with different departments such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Senior Management.
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk
- Experience as Personal Assistant, Customer Service, and Administrative Assistant.
- Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Knowledge of Wix is a plus but not required
- Basic understanding of databases, and CRMs.
- Good command of **English **both oral and written and customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- High school degree or equivalent
