Maintenance and repair company providing services in the US is seeking a qualified person to aid in administrative tasks.

**Tasks include**:

- Collecting information from our field technicians and entering them into our clients systems as formal estimates.
- Entry of bills and invoices into the accounting system, follow ups and supporting management and coordinators in our office
- Other admin tasks as assigned by management.
- Responsible for facilitating communication with our operations department to ensure tasks are being handled properly and nothing is missed.

Training will be provided by management level team members for the first month of employment.

**Monday to Friday**

**Requirements**:

- Basic Level of Spoken and Advanced Written English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Results oriented person with great intrapersonal skills.
- Strong Customer Service, Proven organizational and administrative skills.

Pay: $12,000.43 - $14,000.78 per month
