We are seeking a top-notch **Customer Support Hardward and Software**, eager to excel in the IT and cybersecurity industry, to work for one of our clients based in San Diego, CA

**Responsibilities**:

- Support to customers on hardware and software issues.
- Resolve technical problems and troubleshoot effectively.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and the team.
- Stay updated with relevant technical knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of two years of previous technical support experience, demonstrating strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Genuine interest in understanding and working with hardware.
- Ability to provide quick and effective solutions to customers.
- Effective communication skills with both customers and the team.
- Updated technical knowledge in hardware and software.
- Knowledge in photography or previous experience in related industries is an advantage.
