**Objetivo General**
Contribuir en el desarrollo de negocios, mediante la atención a consultas que los clientes/prospectos realicen al área comercial por parte de clientes, con la finalidad de dar seguimiento a sus inquietudes y resolver la situación lo más pronto posible.

**Objetivo del Puesto**
- Atender y apoyar al cliente con sus requerimientos comerciales y administrativos, manejando las consultas durante el proceso logístico.
- Garantizar la correcta entrega del SOP entre el Sales Executive y el ejecutivo de operaciones con el cliente, para alinear la calidad del servicio.
- Dar seguimiento a las cargas de los clientes desde solicitud de cotización hasta liquidación de facturas.
- Realizar el cross y up selling, detectando y comunicando al Sales Executive las oportunidades de negocio para incrementar el volumen y profit.
- Mantener y desarrollar cuentas de casa, atendiendo y apoyando al cliente en sus requerimientos operativos con la finalidad de aumentar volumen y dar mantenimiento a la cuenta.
- Facilitar y coordinar la comunicación entre el cliente y el ejecutivo de operaciones asignado para dar visibilidad sobre el estatus de sus cargas.
- Analizar las mejores opciones de servicio que se pueden ofrecer a los clientes, conforme a sus necesidades y mejorar la calidad del servicio.
- Mantener actualizado al cliente sobre la situación de mercado de las diferentes rutas que manejan para darles las mejores opciones.
**Competencias Clave**
- Facilidad de palabra y para entablar relaciones interpersonales, extrovertido, con perfil comercial.
- Orientado a resultados con motivación propia.
- Alto dominio en Zoho CRM, HubSpot o similares para registrar todas las actividades y seguimientos con cliente.
- Sólida capacidad para la resolución de problemas.
- Conocimientos en operaciones logísticas de importación o exportación vía marítima, aérea y terrestre y en el manejo de incoterms.
- Conocimientos en elaboración de cotizaciones, rutas, ciclo comercial y seguimientos al cliente en las diferentes etapas.
- Inglés intermedio capaz de escribir y establecer conversaciones de negocios.
**Educación y Experiência**
- Licenciatura en Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Exterior o afín.
- Experiência de 1 a 2 años en área de Customer service en empresas de Freigth Forwarding.
