Asistente Administrativo (a) / Torex

**Propósito del puesto**:
Es responsable de ejecutar diversas actividades administrativas y de bienestar dentro del contrato en tiempo y forma para asegurar que el nível de satisfacción del personal se mantenga en los níveles esperados.

Todo esto dentro de los lineamientos del Estándar de Calidad de Vida.

**Funciones y responsabilidades**:

- Asegurar la ejecución oportuna y eficiente de los servicios de: transportación de personal, alimentación, limpieza, mantenimiento de los vehículos en mina, envío de las cuentas de gastos, servicios de mantenimiento y limpieza a las viviendas o requeridos en el contrato.
- Asegurar la ejecución de actividades de bienestar de manera eficiente y oportuna.
- Coordinar con el área de compras para que esta área realice la negociación con proveedores precios, servicios y beneficios para garantizar la calidad de los servicios
- Apoyar en la coordinación en visitas, cursos de capacitación o reuniones que se lleven a cabo en las instalaciones de del contrato
- Administrar la documentación del personal operativo para expediente en sitio.
- Coordinar el envío de facturas al área de finanzas de los pagos realizados o que se realizaran según sea el caso en tiempo.
- Proveer los insumos necesarios para las áreas de comedor tanto superficie como subterránea y la compra de papelería.
- Realizar reportes administrativos requeridos en el área.
- Responsable de mantener actualizados y con la imagen adecuada los pizarrones de información al personal
- Coordinar la realización y el seguimiento de servicio o reparación de los vehículos del contrato
- Atender las solicitudes del personal de cualquier tema administrativo o de atención con el área que corresponda

**Experiência**
- Carrera Tecnica o Profesional en Administración de empresas, Recursos Humanos o Afines.
- 2 años de experiência en administración de áreas operativas de servicio y/o atención a clientes preferentemente
- en industria de del giro de la minería, maquinaria pesada o automotriz
- Excelente manejo de Excel y amplio conocimiento en Microsoft Office.
- Deseable nível intermedio de Ingles.
- Manejar (transmisión estandar)
