YOUR ROLE
The Customer Service Support Office representative is responsible for all administrative operations related a customer’s purchase orders, claims, disputes, customer care and master data, ensuring that customer-related activities are carried out daily.
Mantains Customer Service data updated, processed, organized, and available for Customer Service Front Office
It is done within the company's procedures and quality standards, also adhering to current business standards.
Customer Service Support Office representative teams will be organized by functions and are responsible for a specific process such as: Sales Order Process, Pre-sales: Quotation and Quantity Contracts, issue resolution, reactive: Customer management. proactive: Delivery Generation Monitoring, Proactive Delivery Issue Management, Outstanding Delivery Document Cleansing, and Delivery Process: Creation, modification and monitoring, Issue resolution, Batch prolongation/ shelf life request Order & delivery optimization.
YOUR SKILLS
Desirable 1 year in Customer Experience and/or Logistics
Must have conversational Portuguese
Must have conversational English
Desirable experience in any CRM
Knowledge in Customer Satisfaction
Experience and communication for Customer Service
SAP Order Management
Advanced Microsoft Excel
