Call Center de México está en búsqueda de **ASESOR TELEFÓNICO**

**Horario**: Lunes a viernes de 09:00 a 18:00 horas, descanso fijo fines de semana.

**Sueldo: $12,000 mensuales brutos**
**Funciones**:

- Atender las necesidades del cliente.
- Llamar a la base del cliente.
- Realizar toma de pedido.
- Ofrecer productos.
- Realizar labor de venta.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência en atención al cliente, ventas, cobranza mínimo 2 años.
- Carácter fuerte.
- Escucha activa.
- Fluidez verbal.
- Innovar y diseñar estrategias para las interacciones a partir de la comprensión de las necesidades de los usuarios a partir de sus experiências.
- Capacidad de decisión no saliendo del proceso.
- Ser analítico y empático.
- Tener liderazgo.
