Summary: The customer care rep will process and manage all types of purchase orders and enquiries professionally. They will work in accordance with and embrace best practice ERP processes, and documentation for after care support. They will need to be strong compliance focused in all financial transactions and work closely with Customer Compliance Lead to ensure proficient and timely response on customer claims are met. Most importantly, ensure to take a customer centric approach to accommodate different customer needs.

Role description and responsibilities
- To attend to customer inquiries for order/invoicing fulfilment in a proactive and professional manner while ensuring customer service excellence.
- To execute sales orders, invoicing and manage any credit notes/debit notes and product returns with customers in the most prompt, fast and efficient manner.
- To coordinate supplies with customers, customers’ appointed agents, Hempel Associates & supply chain to meet customers delivery requirement.
- To ensure good communication with customers, sales team, Hempel Associates & supply chain to increase accuracy
- To record all stock non-availability during enquiry and short supplies by Hempel Associates & supply chain for analysis and improvement on stock availability.
- To assist sales team to generate reports as required for specific customers according to supply agreement.
- To assist sales in any ad-hoc after sales administrative matters.

Qualifications:

- Relevant experience, Diploma or higher
- Good Computer skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Customer Service minded
- Time management

We are seeking someone who can work closely with internal and external team members while meeting defined response times, accuracy of data preparation and maintain customer satisfaction scores.
