**Coordinador de Calidad**

**Zona**:CD MX Corporativo Expanscience-Almacén

**Principales actividades**:

- Implementar y monitorear actividades relacionadas con el control de calidad del producto dentro del almacén de Expanscience México.
- Garantizar la adherencia y cumplimiento de los Procedimientos del Sistema de Calidad.
- Ser responsable de implementar y mantener actualizado el Sistema de Calidad.
- Implementar procedimientos de control de calidad de productos cosméticos, medicamentos, dispositivos médicos y complementos alimenticios considerando las muestras de retención, actualizando los certificados de conformidad emitidos por la UVA (Unidad de Verificación Autorizada) y corrigiendo las desviaciones identificadas.
- Asegurar que las funciones y operaciones del almacén de Expanscience México se ajusten al Reglamento Sanitario emitido por la Secretaría de Salud.
- Asegurar que se realiza el control de la fauna y que el personal cumple con las medidas de seguridad e higiene establecidas en la normativa correspondiente.
- Verificar las actualizaciones de empaques según lo dicta la norma correspondiente.
- Realizar inspecciones diarias en el almacén para asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas sanitarias y de las condiciones ambientales establecidas para el almacenamiento de los productos. (Temperatura, humedad y fauna nociva)
- Gestionar y monitorear las visitas de salud, comunicando los resultados al supervisor inmediato Gerente de Asuntos Regulatorios
- Inspeccionar el producto terminado que llega al almacén para asegurarse de que cumple con las especificaciones establecidas para ser comercializado y que la documentación está completa y en orden.
- Controlar los materiales que se van a destruir (Medicamentos, Cosméticos y dispositivos médicos, complementos alimenticios)
- Revisar los protocolos de maquila para la liberación de productos en tiempo y forma
- Colaborar con las auditorías internas y externas para cumplir con los estándares y objetivos de Expanscience México y del Corporativo.
- Preparar la revisión anual del producto.
- Generar los SOP correspondientes al área de calidad para la operación del almacén.
- Generar acuerdos de calidad con proveedores.
- Asegurar la capacitación de los SOP implementados o modificados en el almacén.
- Gestión de documentación técnica como especificaciones y métodos de análisis,
- Atención y seguimiento de desviaciones, no conformidades y quejas hasta el cierre junto con el Gerente de Salud.
- Coordinar el simulacro de retirada de productos del mercado al menos una vez al año.
- Seguimiento de acciones correctivas y preventivas.
- Participar en los análisis de riesgos que se generen.
- Elaborar fichas técnicas del producto.
- Preparar fichas de seguridad
- Fungir como auxiliar de responsable del área de calidad y Farmacovigilancia

**Experiência**
- Biólogo Químico Farmacéutico, Ingeniero Bioquímico, Ingeniero Químico o Licenciado en Químico.
- Inglés — Técnico intermedio.
- 1 año de experiência en Aseguramiento y Control de Calidad dentro de la Industria Farmacéutica.
- Experiência mínima de 1 año en gestión de almacenes, preferentemente en la Industria Farmacéutica.

**Conocimientos**
- Conocimientos de Química - ALTO
- Word, Power Point, Excel - Medio
- Inglés

**Escolaridad**

Licenciatura terminada.
