- **GERENTE DE VENTAS (GIRO METAL MECANICO)**_
Objetivo: Garantizar el cumplimiento de su presupuesto de ventas y asegurar con su desempeño que se cumplan las promesas comerciales de producto y servicio establecidos por la empresa.
Actividades:
- Definición de presupuesto anual
- Planeación y definición de estrategia para cumplimiento de presupuesto
- Coordinación y seguimiento de presupuesto con personal a cargo
- Prospección de clientes nuevos
- Establecer estrategias de Ventas, Negociación, Cobranza con los vendedores
- Desarrollo de clientes existentes
- Seguimiento a pedidos y cotizaciones
- Atención y seguimiento de quejas de clientes
- Recolecta información para alta de clientes nuevos
- Coordinación en la preparaciòn de documentación necesaria para el seguimiento de pedidos de exportación
- Negociar y apoyar en el cierre de ventas al equipo de vendedores a cargo.
- Seguimiento y apoyo en las herramientas necesarias para su equipo de trabajo
**Requisitos**:
- Estudios: Carrera técnica o licenciatura
- Indispensable: 5 años de experiência en ventas mayoreo en el área de tractocamiones preferentemente
- Manejo de personal al menos 3 años de experiência coordinando a vendedores fóreaneos
