Job Title: Community Resale Specialist
Department: HOA Team
Reports To: PURE HOA Team Leader
This is a non-exempt position whose primary responsibility is to provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate information is provided to internal and external sources concerning transfers of ownership of properties under management.
**Duties**:
1. Complete requests for information from title companies and lenders
2. Processes all transfer & disclosure requests in HomeWiseDocs and CINC
3. Coordinate property inspections and all other varying items with appropriate internal staff (as needed)
4. Process and allocate payments per state requirements
5. Process ownership transfers in CINC including any prior owner refunds
6. Investigate and resolve title company, lender and owner queries
8. Contact CAMs annually to review and update welcome packet, disclosure information and association data sheet
9. Update HomeWiseDocs website monthly for any documents having expired
10. Update documents in master association folder
11. Set-up HomeWiseDocs database for new associations and deactivate associations who have departed
12. Monitor and empty resale scan folder regularly per company policy
13. Other tasks as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of Experience in Community Association Management
- Experience using CINC Systems.
Pay: $162.00 - $198.00 per hour
