El representante de cuentas maneja las ventas, identifica y genera oportunidades para varios tipos de clientes. Esta función fomenta la satisfacción del cliente manteniendo el contacto con el cliente y gestionando sus expectativas. El representante de cuentas brinda educación sobre los productos de Motion Industries a través de presentaciones técnicas.

**DEBERES DE TRABAJO**:

- Genera nuevos clientes potenciales mediante la creación de redes, llamadas en frío, investigando varios directorios y sitios de Internet.
- Interactúa rutinariamente cara a cara con los clientes para crear relaciones sólidas y mantener la satisfacción.
- Entiende los requisitos complejos de los clientes para la preparación de cotizaciones.
- Ofrece presentaciones de ventas efectivas y garantiza que se cumplan los requisitos técnicos.
- Ayuda con la resolución de problemas y inquietudes de los clientes.
- Trabaja y coordina los recursos de los proveedores para establecer relaciones y respaldar las ventas.
- Aumenta los ingresos y la rentabilidad por la generación de nuevos negocios y desarrollando las cuentas existentes.
- Realiza otras tareas que le sean asignadas.

**EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA**:

- Requiere licenciatura y experiência en la industria y ventas.
- Disponibilidad de viajar
- Idioma de Ingles

**Account Representative**

**SUMMARY**:
The Account Representative drives sales, identifies, and generates opportunities for various types of customers. This role fosters customer satisfaction by maintaining customer contact and managing customer expectations. The Account Representative provides education of Motion Industries products through technical presentations.

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Generates new leads by networking, cold calling, researching various directories and internet sites.
- Routinely interacts face-to-face with customers to foster strong relationships and maintains satisfaction.
- Understands complex requirements from customers for preparation of customized quoting.
- Delivers effective sales presentations and ensures technical requirements are met.
- Assists with on-site troubleshooting of customers' concerns.
- Works with and coordinates vendor resources to build relationships and support sales.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Increases revenue and profitability through generation of new business and further development of existing accounts.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- Requires a Bachelor's degree and experience in the industry and sales
- Availability to travel
- Bilingual Spanish/English

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices.
- Ability to influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships.
- Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.
- Ability to multitask and manage time well.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of industrial products: power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial products.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:
May be required to be on-call nights or weekends, depending on need.
