Professional Profile
Proficient in advanced English, both spoken and written. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline. 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, with a solid understanding of supply chain processes. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project teams in a collaborative and fast-paced business setting. Experience in launching new products through in-house or contract manufacturing. Skilled in managing interpersonal relationships across various levels and functions within the organization.Skills
Strong project management capabilities. Ability to lead, inspire, and influence a cross-functional team while fostering collaboration. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills. Capable of managing multiple priorities and working under tight deadlines. Possess stamina, character, a sense of humor, and a proactive work ethic suitable for a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of business processes. Basic knowledge of SAP PLM and ECC systems. Competent in developing and implementing business processes, including risk identification and mitigation strategies. Strong technical skills, including data analysis and problem-solving abilities, along with familiarity in formulation and packaging methodologies. 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management, R&D, or Manufacturing. Understanding of data analytics is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills.
