**Your main responsibilities as an Admin Assistant are the following**:

- Perform all administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office, including handling correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling.
- Act as the liaison, under the direction of the Community Manager, to the Architectural Review Committee and other committees as may be established by the Board of Directors.
- Communicate with residents regarding concerns, questions, and requests for service. Ensure that all requests are handled timely.
- Acknowledge all communication within 24 business hours of receipt.
- Assist Executive Management Team on all maintenance, landscape, and other service requests and programs.
- Schedule the activities of each contractor, vendor, or service provider.

**SCHEDULE**

Monday to Friday: 10:15 - 19:15 CST.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced English (in verbal and written form).
- 3 years of experience with customer service.
- 1 to 3 years of experience with administrative tasks.
- Experience using MS Office 365.
- Strong attention to detail

It's a plus if you have the following:

- Experience using AppFolio software.
