Global Support Specialist

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

The Human Resources (HR) division is responsible for the integral assistance of employees. This includes recruiting activities, administration, compensation, performance management, employee development, as well as the allocation of work-life-balance and training programs.

The Global Support Specialist role will report to the Manager of Global Wellness. This person will be responsible for global administration duties in support of HPE’s Benefits, M&A, Mobility, Wellness, Culture and Agile and Change Management organization. In addition, this person will support various aspects of HPE’s Global Wellness Program.

**In a typical day as a Global Support Specialist, you would...**
- Administration of annual Payroll Taxes & Benefits (PT&B) process including:

- Template creation and document management
- Facilitation of training sessions
- Ensuring adherence to timeline
- Supporting team members with process questions
- Ongoing maintenance of organizations high-level projects and status in Midaxo
- Other admin ad-hoc duties, as needed
- Vendor management for a subset of global wellness programs in the areas of mental/emotional health, physical wellness, financial fitness, and community well-being
- Maintenance of wellness reporting dashboard
- Wellness webinars and speaker coordination
- Other wellness program support, as needed

**If you are/have**
- Passion for wellness is key Prefer someone who is looking to grow in this area
- Experience with benefits, benefits administration and/or wellness programs
- Track record of successful vendor management
- Very strong project management and communication skills
- Process oriented with strong attention to details
- Critical thinking capabilities and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work without constant supervisio
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years experience administrative support and vendor management preferred
- Global experience preferred
