**Your Job**
The Payroll Specialist role offers the opportunity to partner with colleagues across the organization and collaborate directly with the family of Koch companies and engage with a wide range of business capabilities. The Payroll Specialist will process complex and high volume weekly and/or bi-weekly payroll.

**What You Will Do
- Process complex and high volume weekly and/or bi-weekly payroll.
- Collect, reconcile, and update payroll data in preparation of payroll processing.
- Perform payroll reconciliations, CFDI, ISR.
- Calculation of annual processes, PTU, Christmas bonus, annual adjustment of wages and salaries.
- Enforcement of savings fund liquidation.
- Updating of annual caps, savings fund, cafeteria, food coupons, income tax withholding tables.
- Monthly closing process.
- Calculation of provisions.
- Integration of accounting quants.
- Special reports (overtime, expenses, expatriates).
- Manage required government payroll filings and tax calculations/payments.
- Calculate and process required disbursements such as savings fund, severance, etc.
- Manage food coupon process.
- Participate and play a key role in various projects through the year.
- Provide high quality Customer Service to customers regarding payroll related inquiries and concerns.
- Meet requirements associated with IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot, and ISR.
- Build trusted and collaborative relationships with key finance and RH partners.
- Payroll system testing and implement enhancement opportunities.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Advanced/Intermediate Excel skills
- Knowledge of pay calculations, taxes, and benefits.
- 5+ years experience processing high volume and complex payroll.
- Extensive knowledge of federal labor and social security law.
- Knowledge of IMSS, Infonavit, ISR.
- Experience reviewing payroll inputs/outputs for errors.
- Experience database analysis.
- Experience calculating the labor risk premium.
- Knowledge of IMSS and INFONAVIT opinion.

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Experience with Kronos.
- Experience with payroll conciliations.
- Experience in payroll implementations.
- Extensive knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
- Experience in payroll system implementations.
- Experience with payroll systems such as Eslabon, ADP GlobalView, or Ceridian Dayforce.
- Experience with IDSEcloud.
- Fluency in English
