¿Cuál será tu próximo desafío?
El propósito de un ejecutivo de desarrollo de negocios (Hunter) es vender los productos o servicios ofrecidos por Pluxee a otras empresas que actualmente no forman parte de la cartera de clientes existente.
Este rol implica identificar y calificar prospectos, cerrar ventas y construir relaciones de negocio a largo plazo con los clientes.
¿Qué buscamos en ti?
- Carrera técnica o licenciatura trunca.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en ventas.
- Conocimientos de CRM (Salesforce)
- Office 365
- Disponibilidad para viajar
- Posición 100% presencial
¿Qué realizarás?
- Prospectar nuevas empresas en los diferentes medios (cambaceo, base de datos, internet, expos, LinkedIn, referidos, etc.), para captar nuevos clientes con condiciones comerciales rentables para la organización.
- Ser capaz de identificar y registrar el nível adecuado de información para abrir oportunidades futuras de manera correcta. Presupuesto, autoridad, necesidades del negocio de la cuenta, recomendación de soluciones, tiempo para entregar el beneficio (BANT)
- Programar y realizar visitas, videoconferencias o llamadas, a prospectos para presentar el portafolio de servicios Pluxee, descubrir sus necesidades y captar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Realizar llamadas de seguimiento para concretar el cierre de ventas.
- Capturar toda la información de sus prospectos, cuentas, contactos, oportunidades, presupuestos y actividades dentro del CRM.
- Concentrar la documentación del contrato y subir los documentos al CRM para que el nuevo cliente se dé de alta en los sistemas operativos.
- Organizar el proceso de implementación de la cuenta con los implementadores.
- Actuar como punto de contacto principal con el cliente durante unos meses después de firmar con el cliente.
- Realizar el proceso de transición de los nuevos clientes con el equipo de postventa.
