This is afully remote role, working primarily duringU. You will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and supporting drivers to ensure we maintain a reliable, high-quality delivery fleet.You'll work closely with Operations leadership, City Ops, and Dispatch teams to align driver supply with demand.Driver Recruitment & OnboardingSource and recruit delivery drivers for U. Ensure drivers meet quality, compliance, and performance standardsDriver Engagement & RetentionServe as a point of contact for driver questions and issuesSupport driver performance and engagement initiativesIdentify risks in driver supply and escalate proactivelyAlign driver availability with delivery demandTrack driver metrics, onboarding status, and engagement dataIndependently managing driver recruitment pipelinesMaintaining healthy driver supply across assigned marketsReducing onboarding friction and driver churn
