Tu Nuevo Puesto: Gerente Distrital – CDMX

Estamos en búsqueda de un Gerente Distrital para liderar la estrategia comercial en la Ciudad de México, con disponibilidad para viajar a San Luis Potosí. Este rol es clave para garantizar la ejecución de planes de cuenta omnicanal, el desarrollo del equipo de representantes médicos y el cumplimiento de KPIs, asegurando prácticas éticas y alineadas con los valores corporativos.

Liderar y desarrollar un equipo de representantes médicos, brindando coaching, retroalimentación y capacitación continua.
Diseñar e implementar estrategias comerciales omnicanal para incrementar la participación de mercado en el territorio asignado.
Analizar oportunidades de negocio utilizando herramientas digitales (Power BI, Salesforce, CRM) para optimizar la toma de decisiones.
Construir y mantener relaciones con clientes clave (profesionales de salud, farmacias, distribuidores) mediante canales digitales, remotos y presenciales.
Garantizar el cumplimiento normativo y ético en todas las interacciones comerciales.
Colaborar con áreas transversales (Marketing, Business Intelligence, SFE) para traducir datos en acciones estratégicas.
Licenciatura concluida (título indispensable, cédula deseable).
Mínimo 5 años de experiencia reciente como Gerente Distrital en industria nutricional o farmacéutica.
Experiencia liderando equipos de ventas y desarrollando talento.
Conocimiento en herramientas digitales: Power BI, Salesforce, CRM.
Inglés deseable (no indispensable).
Disponibilidad para viajar (CDMX + San Luis Potosí).
